Join a team where your technical skills and discipline will have a direct impact on plant performance every shift.What You'll Do:Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment to maximize uptimeOperate shop machinery (drill press, band saw, welder, cutting torch) and a wide variety of hand and power toolsDiagnose and repair PLCs, DC drives, 3-phase motors, and 480V and below electrical systemsManage work orders using a CMMS and maintain accurate parts inventoryDrive continuous improvement by applying a preventive maintenance mindset across all equipmentRequirements5+ years of industrial maintenance experience (electrical, mechanical, or related field)Strong hands-on knowledge of mechanical systems: gearboxes, motors, compressors, pumps, and drivesAbility to read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics and blueprintsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; technical education or craft certifications a plusBenefitsMedical, Dental, & Vision.Company paid life and long-term and short-term disability programs.Flexible spending accounts.401(k) with a strong matching program.120 hours Paid Time Off (pro-rated based on hire date).11 paid holidays.Sign-on Bonus potential
