Engineering Leader - Platform, is a full-time position responsible for leading the platform team to enhance infrastructure, reliability, and developer experience, while ensuring operational excellence and security compliance. Key Responsibilities Architect and manage AWS infrastructure for scalability and cost efficiency Expand reliability programs and improve incident response and observability capabilities Grow and mentor the platform engineering team while defining the technical strategy Required Qualifications 10+ years of hands-on experience with AWS, containerization, CI/CD, and Infrastructure-as-Code 4+ years of experience leading and scaling platform teams Proven track record in designing reliability programs at scale Experience with security compliance frameworks in a SaaS/fintech context Startup or scale-up mindset with a pragmatic, hands-on approach
