This is an opportunity to work with high-level student-athletes, help shape a competitive prep program, and make a real impact on students both on and off the field. Ideal for someone early in their coaching career who’s passionate about mentorship, leadership, and building strong relationships within a school community.What You’ll DoSupport the coaching staff in leading an elite prep lacrosse programHelp recruit talented student-athletes who align with Perkiomen’s academic and athletic valuesBreak down game film, prepare scouting reports, and contribute to game strategyMentor student-athletes through academics, leadership development, and personal growthBuild strong relationships with recruits and families through communication, outreach, and campus visitsFoster a positive team culture centered around accountability, sportsmanship, and player well-beingServe as a role model for high school students in both athletics and residential life Additional ResponsibilitiesTake on a secondary role within the athletic department based on experience, such as: oEquipment and inventory management oHome game and event operationsServe as a student advisor for a small group of studentsCollaborate with the Student Life Office to support residential and weekend programming.
