Registered Behavior Technician

Overview We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-school and Home support for a case within Miami-Dade/Broward County Public Schools. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavior therapy and meet all required credentials to begin work immediately. Responsibilities: Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Collect and record data on student behaviors and progress Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in a school setting Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and clinical supervisors to support student success Maintain professionalism and adhere to all ethical and clinical standards Ensure timely communication and documentation Requirements: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Minimum 1 year of experience working as an RBT Active Medicaid Provider ID (required) Valid Broward/Miami-Dade Schools badge (must be current) All in-services must be completed and up to date Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently within a school environment Preferred Qualifications: Experience in school-based ABA therapy Familiarity with County school systems and procedures Schedule: Monday through Friday If you meet the above qualifications and are passionate about making a meaningful difference in students’ lives, we encourage you to apply.
