CNC Machine Operator

GatorStep has an immediate opening for a CNC machine operator. The ideal candidate will have PC experience, proven reliability, attention to detail/quality, and is self-motivated. Candidate should be able to stand and walk around for extended periods of time, be able to move sheets of foam material to and from machines and wear appropriate PPE as needed. CNC Operator Responsibilities Operators are expected to maintain a safe and healthy environment Production and quality goals must be met to ensure our customers receive their products on time It is the operator’s responsibility to correctly produce jobs the production leads give them Operating laser machine as needed Keep CNC area clean and organized Cut scrap and organize Float in other departments including shipping and lamination departments as needed Help keep bathrooms and common areas clean Other tasks and assignments at management’s discretion Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: Day shift Ability to Commute: Hubbard, OR 97032 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Hubbard, OR 97032: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
