Machine Operator Re-Roller

Job Description Phipps Label Company is seeking an experienced Re-Roller / Machine Operator (Day Shift) to operate re-roller and die-cutting equipment while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity. This role is critical to ensuring pre-printed stock is accurately re-rolled, cut, and staged according to customer specifications.Phipps Label Company is growing rapidly and offers long-term career and advancement opportunities for motivated, dependable individuals.ResponsibilitiesSafely and efficiently operate re-roller and rotary die-cutting equipment to meet daily production goalsVerify job orders for accuracy and completeness prior to setupPerform machine setup, including installation of paper stock, cutting dies, and plates as requiredLoad, feed, and monitor paper stock during production runsMonitor quality, cut accuracy, counts, and overall unit appearance throughout productionTroubleshoot issues and assist with adjustments to ensure optimal performanceStage completed work according to job instructionsMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all company safety policies, including lock-out/tag-out procedures and housekeeping standardsQualificationsMinimum 1 year of experience in a packaging, printing, or manufacturing environmentAbility to read and understand work orders, schedules, and instructionsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, and liftingAbility to lift up to 60 lbsReliable attendance and punctuality are requiredAbility to work well in a team environment and communicate effectivelyComfortable working in a fast-paced production settingMust be authorized to work in the United StatesMust be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screenCompany DescriptionPhipps Label Co. is Growing!
