This role is critical to maintaining vehicle readiness, supporting high service standards, and ensuring timely maintenance and repairs in a premium transportation environment.Key Responsibilities:Receive, inspect, and stock parts and materials for luxury motor coachesMaintain accurate inventory levels and perform regular cycle countsIssue parts to technicians and support service and repair work ordersTrack parts usage, backorders, and reorder needsCoordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely parts availabilityMaintain organized, clean, and secure parts storage areasUpdate inventory records using parts or maintenance management systemsIdentify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect partsFollow safety, quality, and company standardsSupport overall fleet maintenance operations as neededQualifications:Previous experience in parts, inventory, or warehouse operations preferredFamiliarity with vehicle, bus, or heavy-duty fleet parts a plusStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to use computers and inventory systemsAbility to lift and move parts as requiredDependable, professional, and team-orientedJoin a team that values precision, reliability, and excellence in luxury transportation.
