Range is a solution-oriented, collaborative environment which prioritizes candor, resourcefulness, learning, and creativity.ABOUT THE ROLEThe AI Implementation Specialist sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, translating AI'spotential into tangible business outcomes across the organization. This role drives hands-on adoption projects within business units, designs intelligent workflows, builds the internal frameworks that make AI use consistent and responsible, and leads the cross-functional alignment needed to make transformation stick.This is a role for someone who is equally comfortable whiteboarding a governance policy with senior leadership and running a prompt engineering workshop with a creative team. You will own the full implementation lifecycle from piloting to training, documentation, and ROI reporting and serve as the internal AI subject-matter expert the company can rally around.CORE RESPONSIBILITIESExecution & Adoption• Design and deploy AI-assisted workflows tailored to individual business unit needs and goals• Build, curate, and maintain an enterprise-wide prompt library to standardize AI use acrossteams• Conduct department-level AI training sessions that meet teams where they are, from beginnerto advanced• Evaluate and pilot emerging AI tools, developing structured frameworks for assessment andrecommendation• Document efficiency gains and ROI from AI initiatives, translating technical impact intobusiness language• Partner with IT on tool integrations, data access, security reviews, and deployment logisticsStrategy & Governance• Develop and own the AI transformation roadmap by function, aligned to overall businesspriorities• Lead cross-departmental AI working groups that surface needs, share learnings, and drivecoordinated adoption• Build AI governance and responsible use policies that reflect both organizational values andregulatory considerations• Partner with IT and Finance on build vs. buy decisions, supporting vendor evaluation andbudget justification• Benchmark the organization's AI maturity and tooling against industry trends and bestpracticesQUALIFICATIONSRequired• 3–6 years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, or a technology-adjacent role• Demonstrated experience implementing AI tools or automation at the team or organizationallevel• Strong prompt engineering skills with working knowledge of LLM capabilities and limitations• Ability to communicate complex AI concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders• Experience facilitating workshops, training sessions, or cross-functional working groups• Comfort operating in ambiguity and building structure in environments without establishedplaybooksPreferred• Background in marketing, entertainment, media, or events industries• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks, responsible AI principles, or enterprise AI policydevelopment• Experience with workflow automation tools (e.g., Claude, Calude Code, Zapier, Make, n8n)and enterprise SaaS ecosystems• Project management credentials or experience managing multi-stakeholder initiatives• Exposure to vendor management, RFP processes, or technology procurementCOMPENSATION & BENEFITSSalary Range: $95,000 – $115,000 annually, commensurate with experienceBenefits: Medical, dental, vision; 401(k); generous PTO policyRange is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of actual or perceived sex, race, color, ancestry, citizenship, ethnicity, national origin, religion, age, disability (mental or physical), sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, pregnancy, breastfeeding or related medical condition, parenthood, genetic characteristic or information, military or veteran status, marital status, or any other characteristic protected under federal, state, or local law.
