Financial Planning Analyst

Role: Senior FP&A Analyst (Contract-to-Hire)What You’ll DoLead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning across multiple business unitsBuild and maintain complex Excel models, including consolidations and automated reporting using macros/VBAAnalyze financial performance, identify trends, and explain variances vs. budget and forecastPartner directly with senior leadership (CFO/CEO level) to deliver insights and support strategic decisionsCollaborate with accounting to align financial reporting and support month-end close processesDevelop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting packages to improve visibility into business performanceSupport board-level reporting, investor presentations, and ad hoc financial analysisIdentify and implement process improvements, including automation and scalable financial systemsAssist in strengthening FP&A and accounting processes, bridging gaps between finance and GL functionsManage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detailRequirementsBachelor’s degree (required)4+ years of FP&A, finance, or related experienceAdvanced Excel (financial modeling, consolidations, macros)Experience with ERP systemsStrong communication skills; ability to present to executive leadershipAccounting knowledge preferred
