Harris Blvd)Schedule: Hybrid - 3 days per week in office (required; set days may vary monthly)Employment Type: Contract (18 months; eligible for extension and conversion)Line of Business: TCOOPositions Available: 1About the RoleWe are seeking a Systems Operations Engineer Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our Platform Organization and support large-scale application operations. This role works closely with a growing SRE utility team and contributes to application reliability, automation, observability, and proactive issue prevention.You'll operate at both the individual and team level-supporting production applications, influencing technical decisions, and collaborating cross-functionally with engineering and operations partners. This position is ideal for someone who combines strong technical expertise with clear communication and the ability to influence middle to senior leadership.What You'll DoSupport and improve reliability, availability, and performance of enterprise applications.Consult on moderately complex Systems Operations Engineering initiatives and deliverables.Analyze operational challenges that require evaluation of multiple technical and business factors.Design and implement automation to reduce operational toil.Build and enhance observability, monitoring, and alerting strategies.Perform preventive troubleshooting and contribute to long-term architectural improvements.Collaborate with application teams, SREs, and Systems Operations stakeholders.Participate in on-call and extended support rotations (approximately every 4-5 weeks), including occasional evening or weekend coverage, while maintaining a 40-hour workweek.Minimum Qualifications4+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, SRE, or Technology Architecture(or equivalent experience gained through work, consulting, education, or military service)2+ years of experience with AutoSysDatabase engineering experience, preferably Oracle / PL-SQLExperience supporting applications in a financial services or banking environmentStrong understanding of operational processes, risk management, and compliance requirementsAbility to clearly articulate technical concepts and speak confidently about prior experienceEligibility to convert to a full-time role if requiredAbility to work onsite in Charlotte, NC (hybrid model)Preferred QualificationsExperience with observability and monitoring tools such as:AppDynamicsThousandEyesAternityExperience with container platforms such as Kubernetes or OpenShiftExperience in application support within large, distributed environmentsDemonstrated ability to influence technical decisions and communicate with senior stakeholdersTeam & EnvironmentGlobal team of ~18 engineers, including ~8 in the U.S.U.S. team based in Charlotte, NC and New Jersey (Charlotte only for this role)Collaborative environment with a strong focus on reliability, scalability, and continuous improvementAdditional InformationThis role is a backfillNo resume submissions outside of Beeline will be reviewedNo direct solicitation or communication with the hiring manager while the role is activeOnsite schedule is mandatory and subject to change monthlyBy providing your phone number, you consent to: (1) receive automated text messages and calls from the Judge Group, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively "Judge") to such phone number regarding job opportunities, your job application, and for other related purposes.
