We are a growing, highly respected plaintiff-side personal injury firm in Orange County is seeking a motivated Personal Injury Attorney to manage a caseload from pre-litigation through resolution. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys client advocacy, hands-on litigation, and working in a collaborative, results-driven environment.ResponsibilitiesHandle a caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters from intake through settlement or trialDraft pleadings, discovery, motions, and settlement demandsTake and defend depositions, attend mediations, and appear in courtCommunicate directly with clients, medical providers, and insurance carriersEvaluate liability, damages, and case valueWork closely with partners and support staff to drive favorable outcomesQualificationsActive California Bar license in good standing5+ years of plaintiff personal injury or civil litigation experienceStrong legal writing, negotiation, and case management skillsDeposition and court appearance experience preferredTrial experience is a plus but not requiredClient-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesWhat's OfferedCompetitive base salary ($200K-$300K) + generous bonus structure (5% of fees)Strong pipeline of cases and marketing supportParalegal and litigation support staffOpportunity for hands-on litigation and trial exposureClear path for professional growth and advancementHealth benefits, PTO, and 401(k)Salary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is between $200,000-$300,000 base annually.
