Repossession Agent

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and professional Repossession Agent to join our team. This role involves locating, recovering, and returning financed vehicles while maintaining excellent customer service and adhering to legal and safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical skills, driving experience, and the ability to manage conflict effectively. Duties Locate and recover vehicles through effective investigation and coordination Operate various types of recovery equipment, including flatbed trucks, tow trucks Load and unload recovered vehicles safely and efficiently Manage vehicle storage, documentation, and reporting in compliance with company policies Engage with vehicle owners professionally, managing conflicts tactfully while ensuring compliance with legal procedures Maintain safety standards during all recovery activities, including proper use of safety gear and adherence to traffic laws Assist with vehicle transport using flatbeds or tow trucks as required Skills Proficiency in driving commercial vehicles, including flatbeds, tow trucks Knowledge of manual transmissions and vehicle loading/unloading procedures Ability to operate specialized recovery equipment safely and effectively Excellent conflict management skills for dealing with distressed vehicle owners or witnesses Customer service skills to handle interactions professionally during stressful situations Ability to load & unload vehicles efficiently while maintaining safety protocols Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Prior experience in repossession or related fields is advantageous This role requires a responsible individual capable of working independently while maintaining high standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service.
