Role Description This is a contract remote role for a Litigation Attorney. The Litigation Attorney will handle tasks including drafting and reviewing legal motions, preparing for and attending depositions, engaging in trial preparation, and representing clients in court. The role will require a strong understanding of legal processes and the ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Strong knowledge and expertise in Law, including legal principles and practicesExperience with drafting and reviewing Motions and other legal documentsFamiliarity with Courts, legal procedures, and case preparationProficiency in conducting Depositions and managing evidence collectionDemonstrated capability to prepare for and handle Trials effectivelyExcellent analytical, research, and communication skillsAbility to work independently in a remote settingJuris Doctor degree and active bar license in good standingPrior experience in intellectual property or commercial litigation is a plus
