Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job SummarySeeking a dedicated and professional Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is integral to maintaining and growing our commercial lines book of business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.Compensation PackageSalary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 annually + bonus opportunitiesCompetitive benefits package, paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.ResponsibilitiesManage a book of business with accounts averaging $15,000 to $300,000 in premium.Collaborate with 2-3 producers to provide comprehensive account servicing.Handle all aspects of account management, including quoting new and renewal business.Work closely with the marketing team for new and renewal business placements.Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.Maintain accurate records and documentation in AMS 360 software.Support producers in growing the book of business and achieving agency goals.Qualifications / RequirementsExperience: Minimum of 3 years in an agency setting handling commercial lines. Preferred 3-5 years of experience.Licenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
