Rental Branch Manager - Philadelphia, PA
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Oversee daily rental and service shop operations to drive fleet readiness, revenue performance, safety, and customer satisfaction
Manage daily workflow, prioritize operational needs, and ensure efficient use of resources
Review and analyze operational and financial metrics to support sound decisionmaking and branch performance
Coordinate fleet availability, maintenance, and repair activities to meet customer demand
Lead, coach, and support both union and nonunion employees while fostering a positive, compliant work environment
Ensure adherence to Safety and EPA standards across all branch operations
Collaborate closely with Service, Operations, Finance, and Sales teams to ensure smooth internal workflows
Deliver a reliable, highquality rental and service experience for customers
Drive improvements in branch efficiency, employee engagement, and overall customer experience
RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Technology, or a related field, preferred.
7-10+ years of progressive experience in rental operations, service/shop management, or related heavy equipment industry leadership roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; both verbal and written.
Prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
