The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of financial analysis experience, preferably within a manufacturing, distribution, or construction environment. This position will play a key role in analyzing financial performance, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and providing meaningful insights to management to support business decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze financial results, trends, and key performance indicators to identify variances and opportunities.Prepare and maintain monthly financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and financial models.Perform budget-to-actual and month-over-month variance analysis and communicate key findings to management.Partner with accounting and operational teams to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.Develop financial models and analysis to support business planning and strategic decisions.Assist with annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.Analyze profitability, costs, margins, and operational performance.Support management with ad hoc financial analysis and reporting.Identify opportunities to improve financial performance, processes, and reporting.Work cross-functionally with operations, accounting, and leadership to provide financial insights.Qualifications5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or a related field.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.Experience in manufacturing, distribution, construction, or a similar operational environment strongly preferred.Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and financial modeling.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.Ability to communicate financial information effectively to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.Experience working with an ERP system preferred.CPA is a plus, but not required.Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledTo read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to https://www.lhh.com/us/en/candidate-privacyThe Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:• The California Fair Chance Act• Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance• Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers• San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance
