You'll play a vital role in turning engineering concepts into real-world solutions.Install mechanical components onto electronic assemblies from productionAssemble electromechanical units based on production drawings, blueprints, and verbal/written instructionsFollow ISO-certified processes to ensure quality and consistencyCollaborate with teammates in a fast-paced, team-focused environmentQualifications And ExperienceHigh School Diploma or GEDAbility to read and follow mechanical blueprints, bills of materials, and engineering change noticesFamiliarity with basic mechanical assembly techniques and hand toolsComponent identification skills are helpfulTeam-oriented mindset with attention to detailExperience in manufacturing or assembly is a plusSchedule & Work EnvironmentFull-time role in a clean, modern warehouse/manufacturing setting9/80 work schedule – enjoy a three-day weekend every other week!Overtime available as neededIncludes medical/vision/dental benefitsTemp-to-hire position, 3 month minimum$20/hr: no experience$22/hr: EMS manufacturing experience
