This role plays a critical part in ensuring high?quality standards for complex electronic assemblies prior to shipment and at the final stages of production. The ideal candidate has strong inspection expertise, technical aptitude, and a commitment to quality excellence. Monday to Friday 7am to 330pm. $24 to $26 DOE.Job SummaryThe Quality Inspector performs advanced inspection procedures on medium to large, complex double?sided circuit boards and assemblies. This role serves as a key quality checkpoint, ensuring all products meet customer and internal quality standards before shipment.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesConduct detailed visual inspections of complex pre?ship and finished assemblies and sub?assemblies to verify conformance with quality requirementsVerify proper machine setup prior to production runsSelect and interpret appropriate technical documentation, drawings, and quality referencesDetermine and apply the appropriate inspection methodology (first article, sampling, or 100% inspection)Apply electrical principles and company Quality Control Standards to determine pass/fail statusAccess customer quality systems, communicate inspection findings, and address quality concernsPerform Post?Pack Audits and Direct Fulfillment in?process inspectionsIdentify defect root causes and collaborate with manufacturing teams to drive corrective actionsReview corrective solutions and escalate unresolved or unacceptable issues to Quality leadershipAct as final quality checkpoint prior to shipment to customers or end usersTrain and support other employees on quality control processes and inspection proceduresEnsure components meet all customer quality specifications and move materials to inspection workstations as requiredPerform additional duties as assigned to support quality and production objectives Qualifications & SkillsStrong ability to present information and respond effectively to managers, customers, and cross?functional teamsProven analytical skills to define problems, collect data, and draw sound conclusionsProficiency with Windows?based systems and quality inspection softwareAdvanced computer skills; experience with manufacturing or quality systems preferredAbility to read and interpret visual aids, technical documentation, and work instructionsStrong written communication skills for basic correspondence and reportingAbility to follow structured instructions with attention to detail and accuracySolid math skills, including calculating ratios, percentages, and interpreting graphsComfortable working with standardized processes in a precision?driven environment Why AdeccoAdecco offers access to top employers, competitive pay, opportunities for career growth, and the support of one of the world's leading staffing organizations.Pay Details: $24.00 to $26.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
