As we continue to grow, we are seeking a driven and knowledgeable Industrial Sales Professional to expand our presence throughout Ohio.
Position Overview
The Industrial Sales Professional will be responsible for managing and growing an established territory by working closely with distribution channel partners and OEM customers across multiple industry segments. This individual will generate new business opportunities, maintain and grow existing accounts, and deliver value-based solutions to customers.
The ideal candidate understands the industrial sales process, is skilled at building long-term relationships, and thrives in a results-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and grow existing customer accounts
Develop and secure new business opportunities
Build and execute territory sales plans and strategies
Meet and exceed assigned sales goals
Forecast sales and track performance metrics
Facilitate and manage project opportunities
Conduct in-person and virtual customer meetings and product trainings
Collaborate with Inside Sales, Customer Service, and Technical Support teams
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and agreements
Develop strategic pricing structures within company guidelines
Monitor daily calls, emails, and follow-ups on leads
Maintain detailed and accurate CRM records(Salesforce/MONDAYs)
Utilize SAP and Microsoft Power BI reporting tools
Stay current on products, applications, and industry trends
Provide application-based solutions for industrial motor systems
Travel daily within assigned territory
Qualifications & Skills
Proven track record in sales (industrial experience preferred)
Background in electric motors or industrial equipment strongly preferred
Strong communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined
Ethical and professional sales approach
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience using CRM platforms
Ability to multitask and manage priorities
Capable of working independently and collaboratively
