About the JobRole: Lead Python Full Stack DeveloperLocation: Alpharetta, GA – OnsiteEmployment Type: ContractStatus: Accepting CandidatesAbout the RoleWe are seeking a hands-on Lead Python Full Stack Developer to join an application development team supporting a suite of tools for managing security journaling across multiple channels.The ideal candidate will have strong experience across Python full-stack development, application design, database development, and technical problem-solving. This role requires someone who can work closely with users and technology teams, contribute to the full software development lifecycle, and provide technical leadership to development activities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and contribute to all aspects of application development, including functional and technical specifications, design, development, and implementation.Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Python and modern web technologies.Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable application solutions.Design, develop, and modify database structures based on application requirements.Work with relational databases such as DB2 and SQL Server.Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.Collaborate directly with users and technology teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.Participate in application design, development, testing, and deployment activities.Work effectively with geographically distributed teams across multiple time zones.Provide technical guidance and contribute to development best practices.Ensure application deliverables meet quality, performance, and timeline expectations.Required QualificationsStrong hands-on experience as a Python Full Stack Developer.Strong analysis, design, and application development skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.Hands-on experience with Python full-stack development.Strong database development experience, preferably with DB2 and/or SQL Server.Ability to design new or modify existing database tables and structures to meet application requirements.Experience working with geographically dispersed development teams across different time zones.At least 3 years of experience collaborating with distributed/global teams.Preferred ExperienceExperience in a Lead Developer / Technical Lead capacity.Experience working directly with business users and technology stakeholders.Experience developing enterprise-scale applications.Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and application architecture.Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative development environment.
