We provide specialist recruitment services across engineering, construction, and project delivery disciplines, partnering with organizations executing critical energy and industrial projects.NES Fircroft is currently partnering with a leading engineering and construction organization to identify a Project Manager, EPC for a permanent hire position to support the delivery of midstream pipeline and facility projects across the oil & gas sector, based in the Houston area.Position SummaryThe Project Manager, EPC is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of midstream pipeline and facility projects within the oil & gas sector. This role oversees projects from early-stage concept and detailed engineering through procurement, construction, commissioning, and close-out.The position requires strong leadership across multidisciplinary engineering teams, with full accountability for project execution, including scope, schedule, cost control, and client engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning and execution of EPC projects across pipeline and midstream facility developmentsManage full project lifecycle including engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and contract close-outDevelop and oversee project schedules, budgets, cost reporting, and work breakdown structuresEnsure alignment with client specifications, timelines, and financial targetsCoordinate engineering teams across Process, Mechanical, Piping, I&E, and Civil/Structural disciplinesLead project meetings, design reviews, and stakeholder communicationsMonitor performance, manage risk, and implement corrective actions to maintain delivery objectivesDrive EHS performance across project teams and subcontractorsBuild and maintain client relationships, supporting both execution and future opportunitiesSupport proposal development including scoping, estimating, and execution planningExperience RequiredBachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Required)PMP Certification (preferred)7+ years of EPC project management experience within midstream oil & gas (pipelines and/or facilities)Proven experience delivering full lifecycle projects from concept through close-outStrong background in cost control, scheduling, risk management, procurement, and contractsField experience supporting construction of pipelines, compressor stations, pump stations, meter stations, and related infrastructureExperience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams and project resourcesCore CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities in dynamic project environmentsEffective time management with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesLeadership experience with a track record of developing project teamsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and within cross-functional teamsProfessional presence with strong stakeholder engagement skillsWhy Work HereNewly created position driven by continued project awards and business growthStrong, visible pipeline of midstream EPC projects across Texas and broader U.S. marketsOpportunity to take ownership of high-impact projects with direct exposure to senior leadershipCollaborative, execution-focused culture with a strong emphasis on safety and deliveryOpportunity for career progression and long-term developmentAdditional RequirementsMust be authorized to work in the United StatesCommitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellenceAbility to collaborate effectively to drive team and project performance
