Stringless Concrete Machine Operator
Overview
Precision SiteWork is seeking an experienced Stringless Concrete Machine Operator to support our growing concrete division. This role is responsible for operating advanced stringless concrete paving and curb equipment for commercial, municipal, and residential site development projects throughout Northwest Arkansas.
We are looking for highly motivated operators who take pride in precision, production, equipment care, and safety. The ideal candidate will have experience with GPS-guided concrete curb equipment and an understanding of grade control, concrete placement, and finishing operations.
Duties
Operate stringless concrete curb safely and efficiently
Perform layout verification using GPS and total station guidance systems
Construct concrete improvements, including:
Curbs and gutters
Sidewalks
Monitor line, grade, and cross slope to ensure compliance with plans and specifications
Coordinate with Survey Crews, Foremen, Finishers, and Laborers during pours
Maintain proper machine setup, calibration, and adjustments throughout production
Perform daily equipment inspections and preventative maintenance checks
Troubleshoot operational or grade control issues in the field
Ensure work meets municipal, DOT, and project quality standards
Follow all OSHA and company safety requirements
Assist with production planning and sequencing to maximize efficiency
Qualifications
Required
Minimum 3 years of experience operating stringless curb equipment
Experience with GPS machine control systems
Ability to read construction plans, grades, and layout information
Understanding of concrete placement, finishing, and curing practices
Strong knowledge of concrete tolerances and quality standards
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred
Experience with Gomaco or similar stringless concrete systems
Experience on municipal roadway or subdivision projects
OSHA 10 certification
CDL license (preferred but not required)

Ability to work extended hours during peak production periods
