Construction Lab Technician

Construction Technician A hands on construction role in a high-tech lab setting supporting product testing and safety validation. You'll work in an environment alongside an experienced, collaborative team. Key responsibilities include: Build and assemble test structures (e.g., wall systems) for product evaluation Perform carpentry tasks including steel stud framing, drywall, and general construction Operate standard tools such as impact and rotary drills Adapt to changing daily priorities in a dynamic lab environment Collaborate with team members and maintain a strong safety mindset Required qualifications include: Hands-on construction experience (carpentry, framing, drywall, concrete, etc.) Knowledge of construction methods and safety practices Experience using common construction tools Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and adapt Basic Microsoft Office skills Preferred qualifications include: Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or testing environments Equipment operation experience (e.g., forklifts, overhead cranes) Familiarity with lab or product testing settings Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
