This is a great opportunity for motivated individuals who enjoy staying active and being part of a team that keeps things running smoothly.Rea Magnet Wire is one of the world's largest manufacturers of magnet and non-ferrous wire products, supplying essential materials used in electric motors, transformers, generators, and other electrical equipment.Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kUtility Worker Details:Temp-to-Hire position$ 25.00 / hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredVarious shifts available (Sunday through Saturday from 08:00am to 08:00pm)Provide essential support to manufacturing operations by performing scale and general utility tasks safely and efficiently.Work in a highly active, non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment with frequent physical activity such as standing, bending, and climbing.Follow a full-time 12-hour 2-2-3 rotating shift schedule, alternating between days and nights every 6 weeks.Complete a mandatory one-week training period (MondayFriday, 8:00 a.m.4:00 p.m.) before transitioning to the rotating schedule.Adhere to all safety policies, maintain reliability and punctuality, and meet pre-employment requirements including a background check and drug screen.Utility Worker Qualifications:Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions accurately.Strong commitment to working safely and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Physical capability to perform frequent standing, bending, climbing, and other active job duties.Reliable and punctual, with the ability to maintain consistency on a demanding 12-hour rotating shift schedule.Ability to work effectively as part of a team while supporting overall plant operations.Applicant may be subject to a background check.
