Builds long-term business value by helping to acquire and retain high quality clients and teammates.Responsibilities:Project Success: Supervises preparation of accurate and high quality estimates and proposals, and oversees management of sheet metal projects to ensure a successful outcome.Market Expansion: Analyzes market trends and competitor activities to identify market opportunities and strategies for business development.Reporting and Analysis: Prepares and analyzes reports on organizational performance. Uses data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.Safety Management: Develops and implements safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Conducts regular safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
