Assistant Project Manager 📍 Downtown Chicago, IL (Hybrid: 3 days in-office / 2 remote) 🏗️ Fully Integrated Developer (Construction | Development | Design)We’re partnered with one of Chicago’s most reputable and unique developers to find an Assistant Project Manager to join their growing team.This firm operates as a fully integrated platform, with development, design, and construction all in-house, offering unmatched exposure to the full project lifecycle. With approximately $100M in annual revenue and an exciting pipeline of multi-family and high-rise developments, they are in a strong growth phase with several high-profile projects on the horizon.You’ll work out of a brand-new downtown Chicago office alongside a collaborative, design-focused team — with all projects located in Chicagoland (no travel required).What You’ll Be Doing:Support Project Managers from early design through construction and closeoutAssist with budgeting, scheduling, and cost trackingManage RFIs, submittals, and project documentationCoordinate with internal development, design, and construction teamsParticipate in meetings with consultants, contractors, and stakeholdersHelp drive projects from concept through deliveryWhat We’re Looking For:2–5+ years of experience in construction, development, or project managementExposure to multi-family and/or high-rise projects preferredStrong organizational and communication skillsInterest in working within a fully integrated development platformConstruction-related degree preferredCompensation & Benefits:💰 Base salary up to $120,000 + bonus🚗 Car allowance🌴 Unlimited PTO (15-day minimum encouraged annually)🏥 Strong healthcare benefits💼 401(k) with company match🏢 Brand-new downtown Chicago office🏠 Hybrid schedule (3 days in-office / 2 remote)📍 All Chicagoland projects – no travel requiredIf you’re looking to grow your career with a design-forward, fully integrated developer working on some of Chicago’s most exciting projects, let’s connect.
