Once adapted with customer data, customers retain model ownership in perpetuity, so they can turn generative AI into one of their most valuable assets.About the RoleWe are seeking a Principal AI Solutions Engineer to join our Product and Solution Engineering team, driving product adoption through advanced AI solutions development, agentic AI implementation, and performance benchmarking. This role combines deep technical expertise with customer-facing responsibilities, supporting our Customer Driven Product Program (CDPP) and Product QA initiatives.This senior technical role provides customer-facing architecture leadership essential for scaling SambaNova's enterprise adoption:Customer Reference Architectures: Design and document production-ready patterns for enterprise AI deploymentsSambaStack Tooling: Develop tooling and automation for SambaStack deployment and managementAgentic AI Solutions: Build customer-facing agentic solutions that accelerate time-to-valueUS Timezone Coverage: Enable global coordination with customers and partners across time zonesImpact: Senior technical leadership for customer-facing architecture work.
