The Director partners closely with executive leadership, HR teams, and physician leaders to design and implement enterprise learning strategies that support leadership growth, succession planning, and organizational transformation.The role oversees leadership development programs, talent review processes, and organizational effectiveness initiatives across hospitals, physician groups, and corporate service areas.
