DescriptionYou will be the Program Manager for the Program Management team. Our team is responsible for delivering high‐value defense programs and ensuring timely, compliant production across multiple sites.What You Will Be DoingAs the Program Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the Ground Production and Tactical Station Group Integrated Product Team, driving schedule adherence, risk mitigation, and cost‐effective delivery.ResponsibilitiesAct as the secondary point of contact for customers, supporting program reviews on cost, schedule, and technical performance.Manage adherence to the production integrated master schedule and prioritize work across technical, manufacturing, and administrative areas.Lead program risk and opportunity management boards, identifying and supporting mitigation activities.Coordinate activities between suppliers, Lockheed Martin functional groups, and the THAAD Program Office to clear constraints.Support affordability initiatives and producibility enhancements to drive down unit cost.QualificationsBasic QualificationsMust hold an active Secret security clearance.Strong leadership skills, work ethic, and teamwork.Demonstrated ability to excel in high‐tempo, high‐demand environments.Possess superior organizational and written/verbal communication skills.Ability to comprehend and summarize complex technical issues associated with major hardware production and develop recommended solutions.Demonstrated ability to develop positive working relationships with external customers.Experience partnering with cross‐functional teams.Working knowledge of program management methods including risk and opportunity management.Desired SkillsMissile/Launcher production experience.IAMD development/post‐production exposure.Working knowledge of THAAD or IAMD product and processes.Experience working with the Missile Defense Agency (MDA).Experience transitioning newly developed products into production.Experience with make/buy and make‐where decisions, including experience with transitioning manufacturing locations.Supply chain management.IPT leadership experience.LocationThis position is in Dallas, Texas.Security ClearanceMUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start. This position requires a government security clearance.ScheduleThis position supports a variety of alternate work schedules including 4x10 hour day with 3 days off per week and other condensed schedules.
