Seneca Foods Corporation Seneca Foods Corporation in Janesville, WI is currently looking for a Frozen Inventory Planning Coordinator to join our team!ReponsibilitiesMonitor and manage stock at various locations for Seneca Frozen businessEnsure timely replenishment of inventory across regional locations on a rolling 7-week schedule to support customer order fulfillmentWork closely with Customer Service and Sales teams to anticipate inventory needs related to upcoming promotions, seasonal shifts, and sales initiativesRegularly review aging stock and reallocate to appropriate locations to promote usage and reduce excess holdingSupport frozen production planning and scheduling activities to ensure efficient operations and timely fulfillmentMonitor unplanned stock movements and adjust inventory plans and distribution strategies accordingly to maintain supply continuityQualificationsAbility to communicate effectively both verbally and writtenAbility to work with a large variety of peopleProficient with Microsoft Excel
