Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hutto, TX, for a Commercial Roofing Sales / Project Manager (PM). The role involves managing roofing projects, including planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects from start to completion. Daily responsibilities include client communication, developing project estimates, overseeing installations, ensuring safety compliance, and managing timelines and material orders. Additionally, the role will involve providing solutions to clients' roofing needs and addressing any project challenges that arise. Qualifications Experience in Carpentry and Insulation for roofing and construction projectsProficiency in Working at Height and Roof installations with a focus on safetyKnowledge of Waterproofing techniques and materials for roof longevityStrong project management, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentsExperience in sales, estimating, or client relations in the roofing/construction industryAbility to manage multiple projects effectively while meeting deadlinesValid driver’s license and reliable transportation
