Our goal is to keep your equipment running at peak performance for all seasons.Equipment TechnicianThis is a full-time, on-site position for an Equipment Technician. In this position, the technician will be responsible for repairing and performing equipment maintenance, diagnosing and troubleshooting machinery issues with both gas and diesel engines on lawn mowers and compact utility tractors. Additional duties include identifying parts and tools needed for repairs and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.DiagnosticsUtilize electric meters, computers, tech manuals, and other diagnostic tools to identify mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and other issues.DocumentationMust be proficient with computers, keep detailed records, and communicate with management.ProficiencyHave a deep understanding of both gas and diesel engines, fuel systems, electrical systems, hydraulics, and all other functions of equipment. You will be required to use your own tools with the exception of specialty tools provided by 4 Seasons.Work EnvironmentMost work will be performed indoors in a heated building, you will be expected to work well with others in a team environment, able to lift 100 pounds, and perform regular training both online and offsite.Compensation$45000.00 to $60000.00 or more paid hourly based on experience and training, monthly bonus up to an additional $8.00 per hour based on performance, vacation pay, paid holidays, health insurance, and 401K match.
