M-F (8-5 CT)DURATION: 3 month contractRole OverviewCoordinate the end‑to‑end pipeline of partner engagements, including pipeline review calls, nomination reviews, onsite enablement event coordination, and status reporting across multiple systems and stakeholder groups.Own and drive the operational backlog by triaging, prioritizing, and resolving outstanding operational items to bring processes to a sustainable, current state.Audit, refine, and maintain internal knowledge resources (wikis, content repositories, runbooks) to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability.Provide direct program coordination support to pillar leads by managing cross‑functional dependencies, tracking deliverables, and ensuring milestones are met.Manage and implement new operational processes; drive alignment across systems and consolidate ProServe Quick opportunity reporting to ensure leadership has accurate, timely visibility.Support reporting on progress toward key 2026 program targets.Must Haves2+ years of experience in program coordination, operations, or project management (technology or consulting environments preferred).Hands‑on experience managing product and/or operational backlogs using standard Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, similar)Demonstrated operational excellence, including process improvement, backlog triage, and workflow optimization across cross‑functional teamsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and reporting cadences simultaneously.Proven experience with knowledge management, content curation, and process documentation.Experience consolidating data across systems and producing clear, executive‑ready reporting.Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment with shifting priorities.Nice To HavesSAFe Agile Practitioner (or experience in scaled Agile environments)Business process consultantCertified ScrumMasterJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Austin, TX.Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.00/hr.RequirementsEligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
