We are a growing company, looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our team in Fishers, IN.BASIC JOB EXPECTATIONSAll potential applicants should be available & willing to work weekends. This is a basic requirement of our management team due to the nature of being a breakfast only restaurant. The Original Pancake House operates 363 days a year, closed on Christmas Day & Thanksgiving Day. We are open Monday through Friday 7am-2pm, Saturday & Sunday 7am-3pm. No evenings!General Managers will work a minimum 40 hours per week. Depending on time of year & business demands. The GM position is a full time salaried position, starting at $60,000/year (+ bonuses and incentives). In addition to their base annual salary, all GMs can earn weekly bonuses and salary adjustments dependent on growth of the business & operational performance. All full-time employees will be eligible for company-sponsored health benefits, a company-matched 401K program, and paid vacation time.Required Training/ExperienceCollege degree is not necessary, but preferred. Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in the service industry, preferably a full service restaurant. Must possess detailed knowledge of front and back of house management & strong communication skills. Must be proficient in ordering, inventory management, scheduling, employee development, staff training and guest service. Must possess leadership skills that encourage personal and professional achievement.
