Role Description We are seeking a full-time Sales Representative to join our team in a hybrid position based in Yuba City, CA, with flexibility for remote work. As a Sales Representative, you will engage with potential clients to educate them on residential solar and battery storage solutions, conduct home energy consultations, analyze utility bills, and provide customized recommendations. You will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, generating leads, and closing sales while upholding Westhaven Power’s commitment to transparency and trust. Collaboration with our design and installation teams will be key to ensuring a seamless customer experience. Qualifications Strong sales and communication skills to build positive client relationships and present energy solutions effectively.Ability to analyze utility bills and assess home energy needs for personalized recommendations.Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and lead tracking systems.Prior experience in sales, customer service, or the renewable energy industry is preferred but not required.Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a hybrid working environment.Strong knowledge of residential solar power, battery storage, and energy financing is a plus.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel to client sites.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is desired but not mandatory.
