Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Chewelah, WA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,025 per week Shift Information: 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 6/15/2026 About the Position Job Title: MS/Tele Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: MS/Tele Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) or Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00) Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 1 year recent experience required License: Valid RN license Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: Interpretation of dysrhythmias Isolation precautions and PPE Management of dysrhythmias Non-invasive airway management Oxygen administration Peripheral line care and management Use of rapid response and code teams Description: The position requires a Registered Nurse specializing in MS/Tele. The RN will float between hospitals if census does not support the need in a specific facility. Weekends are required, with a minimum of every other weekend. Patient ratios are expected to be 1:4-5. The role involves computerized documentation using an electronic record system. Travelers may be expected to float between nearby facilities. Refusal to float may result in termination of assignment. Knowledge of patient care protocols, including O2 protocol and isolation precautions, is essential. Candidates should have experience in managing dysrhythmias and rapid response team activation.
