Job Summaryclient is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join their team in Mexico The developers will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform to automate business processes. Key responsibilities include creating and configuring modules like ITSM, writing code (JavaScript, HTML, CSS), integrating with other systems, and troubleshooting technical problems. Developers work with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure platform stability across different environments. This role will sit remotely in LATAM working primarily CST time zone and will work 40 hours/week.Qualifications5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer/AdministratorExperience supporting at least 2 out of 3 of these modules within ServiceNow: ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB (ITSM REQUIRED)Strong experience building and configuring custom applications, forms, workflows, and scripts within SNOW, including features like Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Flow DesignerSNOW integration experience with third-party systems using SOAP/REST web servicesProficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, along with experience in ServiceNow scripting (e.g., Script Includes, UI Actions). Experience with Agile development methodologies like Scrum is requiredBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related fieldAt least 1+ certification or continuous learning achievement relating to ServiceNow, Development, or ITILNICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEServiceNow certifications
