DescriptionResponsibilities may include activities of moderate complexity and providing support for complex or strategic initiatives.Manage vendor performance to service agreements, statements of work, letter agreements, and purchase orders.Adopt best-practice commodity management and strategic sourcing processes -Track category performance relative to targets and conduct supplier reviews for assigned suppliersCommunicate clearly with procurement leadership, business stakeholders and team about strategies, contracts, and project updates.Provide support for highly complex or strategic initiativesAnalyze vendor performance and inventoryBuild business caseTrack and report KPI performance against targetsConduct supplier performance reviewsMonitor contract executionQualificationsAt least 3 years relevant experience required.Strong Excel/analytical skills, PBI, SQL preferredBenefitsHealthcare Insurance: Synectics offers eligible employees and their dependents healthcare coverage through BlueCross BlueShield of Illinois. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus.
