About the RoleSchafer & Sons LLC (DBA Gangbustrs) is seeking a highly analytical and creative Global Brand & Campaign Strategist to lead our high-level marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between creative storytelling and data-driven performance, ensuring our brand voice resonates globally while hitting strict revenue and engagement targets.Primary ResponsibilitiesStrategic Campaign Management: Design, develop, and execute global brand strategies and full-funnel marketing campaigns. Utilize deep insights into consumer behavior and cultural trends—specifically within the music and arts sectors—to drive meaningful market engagement.Performance Analytics: Take ownership of campaign performance metrics. Utilizing MarTech tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and SEMrush, you will track ROI, Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), and revenue attribution, adjusting strategies in real-time based on data analysis.Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the lead for cross-functional teams, including Sales and Revenue Operations, to align all marketing initiatives with sales enablement goals and customer lifecycle touchpoints.Content & Narrative Direction: Oversee the creation of all multi-channel marketing assets (Email, SEO, Paid Media). Ensure absolute brand voice consistency while aligning content with retention and loyalty program objectives.Minimum RequirementsEducation: A Master’s degree in Business & Marketing, Marketing Strategy, or a closely related field.Experience: At least 12 months of professional experience in Business Strategy, Brand Strategy, Advertising, or Marketing Strategy.Location: This position is based in Encinitas, CA.
