If our mission statement appeals to you, come and be a part of our amazing team! We are currently seeking a Claim Technology Director to manage and oversee all claim systems for the company. Key responsibilities include working closely with IT and business to ensure proper functionality, use, maintenance, prioritization and development of system-related needs to include implementing upgrades and integrations with Guidewire ClaimCenter. The director will also oversee claim system access, control programs, oversee connections and integrations with regulatory entities to ensure workflows and data transfer accuracy, work with IT to ensure effective reports & data for the user community and develop claim technology training. The incumbent will also provide direction and support to claims customer service leadership, in addition to claim system analysts. The preferred location is for this position to be in our corporate office in Sarasota, FL; however, it could potentially be remote or in one of FCCI's Regional offices. At least three years of experience in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of Claim Systems (ClaimCenter, ImageRight, Mitchell) including operating systems, report systems, document management and supporting systems used in the claim process. Working knowledge of claims workflow, systems and procedures. Solid knowledge of Insurance principles, rules and regulations. Solid knowledge of training procedures and techniques. Ability to translate needs of various user communities into written business requirements. Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to analyze, define and solve problems; the use of good judgment and decision-making.
