The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining; structural, electrical, plumbing, appliances and HVAC systems in our homes, businesses and apartments. The role requires attention to detail, a proactive approach, and excellent problem-solving skills to ensure optimal operation of property facilities.QualificationsProficiency in Residential Maintenance and home repair practicesStrong Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and addressing technical issuesExperience with Preventive Maintenance procedures to ensure optimal equipment longevityCustomer relation skillsProven ability in Maintenance & Repair for a variety of systems and equipmentDetail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and collaborate within a team environmentRelevant certifications or technical expertise in maintenance roles are a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational or technical training is an advantageValid divers license, clean driving history (Required)Clean criminal history (Background check required)EPA Type II Certification (Preferred, but not mandatory)Benefits Dental InsuranceHealth InsuranceVision InsurancePaid Time Off (After 6 Months)Retirement PlanCompensation: $18.00 - $26.00 / Hour (Depending on experience)
