Direct hire- visa sponsorship is not an option Primarily remote, with only 4x/month on-site in Burlington, NJ Position OverviewThe Application Systems Analyst oversees enterprise application administration, driving strategic initiatives, standardizing configurations, and ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing platforms across the organization.This role partners closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to optimize application performance, improve adoption, and support ongoing system enhancements.A Day in the LifeIn this role, you will:Define, standardize, document, and enforce best practices and operating procedures within WorkdayOversee the configuration, deployment, maintenance, and lifecycle management of product-related systems and applicationsProactively implement systems and processes to ensure applications meet established SLAs for performance, availability, and securityDevelop and deliver user training, technical documentation, and change management support to enhance adoption and system usageBuild strong partnerships with business stakeholders to identify pain points, validate concerns through audits, and assess business impactCollaborate with product vendors, project managers, and development teams to deliver system enhancements and new featuresIdentify opportunities to improve application performance, reliability, and operational efficiencyAnalyze user and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve systems and workflowsDesign and implement automation for routine administrative tasks and operational workflowsManage integrations between product systems and enterprise applications, ensuring reliable data flow using APIs and automation toolsPartner with QA, Integration, Release Management, and other IT teams to advance process maturityLead system upgrades, migrations, enhancements, and feature releases while minimizing downtime and business disruptionAdvise business and technology partners on application configuration options aligned to project outcomesTranslate technical issues into business terms and provide clear status updates, risks, and contingency optionsWhat You'll BringMinimum qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field7+ years of experience in system analysis, implementation, and application administration within WorkdayStrong knowledge of SaaS and on-premises application architectures and security principlesHands-on experience with system integrations and enterprise data flowsExperience administering corporate applications such as HRMS, Finance, Budgeting/Planning, Time & Attendance, Spend Management, Procure-to-Pay, or Document Management systemsPreferred qualifications:Workday certification(s) End-to-end functional knowledge of procurement, invoicing, and expense management processesAdvanced scripting and automation skills, including Python, PowerShell, APIs, or similar technologiesBy providing your phone number, you consent to: (1) receive automated text messages and calls from the Judge Group, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively "Judge") to such phone number regarding job opportunities, your job application, and for other related purposes.
