SQL Developer

SQL DeveloperWe are seeking a SQL Developer with strong integration application skills to design, develop, support, and optimize database solutions and system integrations across enterprise platforms. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining SQL queries, stored procedures, ETL processes, and application integrations that ensure accurate, reliable, and efficient data movement between systems.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and maintain SQL databases, scripts, stored procedures, views, and functionsBuild and support data integration processes between internal and third-party applicationsDevelop, monitor, and troubleshoot ETL workflows and data pipelinesCollaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to gather data and integration requirementsOptimize database performance through query tuning, indexing, and execution plan analysisEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across multiple systemsSupport system interfaces, APIs, flat file imports/exports, and middleware integrationsTroubleshoot production issues related to databases, integrations, and application data flowCreate and maintain technical documentation for database objects, interfaces, and integration processesAssist with data mapping, transformation logic, and migration activitiesFollow security, compliance, and change management standards for database and integration workRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experienceExperience as a SQL Developer, Database Developer, or similar roleStrong hands-on experience with SQL Server, T-SQL, or other relational database platformsExperience developing and supporting system integrations and interface solutionsKnowledge of ETL tools, data mapping, and data transformation processesExperience working with APIs, web services, XML, JSON, and flat filesStrong understanding of database design, normalization, indexing, and performance tuningAbility to troubleshoot complex data and integration issuesStrong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with SSIS, Azure Data Factory, Informatica, Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar integration toolsFamiliarity with ERP, CRM, HRIS, or financial systems integrationsExperience in cloud environments such as Azure or AWSKnowledge of scripting languages such as Python or PowerShellExperience with version control and deployment processesKey SkillsSQL developmentT-SQLSSISETL developmentData integrationAPI integrationDatabase performance tuningData mapping and transformationTroubleshooting and supportDocumentationCross-functional collaboration
