We are partnering with a nationally recognized Top 100 ENR General Contractor seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, large-scale commercial construction projects across sectors including healthcare, life sciences, advanced commercial, and mission-critical environments.This role is ideal for a proven construction leader who thrives in fast-paced, technically challenging projects and is looking to take ownership of high-visibility work within a well-established, resource-rich organization known for its strong pipeline and collaborative culture.Key ResponsibilitiesLead full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout on large-scale commercial projectsManage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and financial forecastingOversee subcontractor procurement, buyout, and performance managementDrive coordination between field operations, design teams, owners, and consultantsLead OAC meetings and maintain strong client relationships throughout project executionEnsure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and company proceduresMentor and support Project Managers, Engineers, and field staff on assigned projectsProactively identify and resolve project risks, delays, and cost impactsProject ExperienceHealthcare facilities (hospitals, medical campuses, occupied renovations)Life sciences / biotech / pharmaceutical labsAdvanced commercial and corporate office projectsMission-critical or technically complex builds (data centers, infrastructure, etc.)Ground-up and large-scale renovation projects, often $50M–$200M+ in valueQualifications8–15+ years of construction experience, with significant time in a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager roleProven track record delivering large-scale commercial projects ($30M–$200M+)Strong background in either healthcare, life sciences, or complex commercial constructionExperience leading project teams and managing multiple stakeholdersStrong understanding of scheduling, cost control, contracts, and risk managementBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferredOSHA 30 preferredWhat’s OfferedCompetitive base salary ($150K–$190K+ depending on experience)Performance-based annual bonus (typically 10–20%)Comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision)401(k) with company matchVehicle allowance / project travel supportStrong pipeline of complex, high-profile projectsClear path to Project Executive or Operations leadership rolesThis is a strong opportunity for a Senior Project Manager looking to step into a top-tier ENR contractor with long-term stability, high-quality work, and real leadership growth potential.
