The Technical Program Analyst will coordinate with and support the Office of Energy Dominance Financing (EDF)'s Admin Assistant regarding Commodity IT requests.RESPONSIBILITIESSupport all Onboarding and offboarding requests, including equipment shipping and setup, and save any files or recordsMonitor all commodity IT (IT-POC) activity from OCIO and respond to their requests. Their requests include Certificate of Receipt Issues, Coordinating equipment upgrades, and Missing Equipment Resolution supportReach out to employees when their assigned devices are available for upgradeSupport LPO Conference Room setups and coordinate with EITS on any issuesSupport users with initial triage for IT requests and help users log a ticket with the EITS helpdesk for problems that require further assistancePick up the newspaper and deliver it to the front officeUnlock the Front office, turn on the lights, and open the Conference room doorCheck all LPO copiers for paper, toner, and jams, and contact Copy Management if there are any issuesSend monthly printer Page Counter reports to the Copy Management OfficeUpdate nameplates for hotel spaces for the following workday on Monday, and again on Monday in preparation for TuesdayShip out equipment (if needed)Oversee the Hotel Space reservation list, window spaces, and assist with updating hotel space schedulingCheck equipment and wipe down and spray all hotel spaces on Friday in preparation for Monday, and again on Monday in preparation for TuesdaySet up office space for new occupantsCorrespond with movers to relocate or surplus unwanted furnitureUpdate the seating tracker and floor plan whenever a space becomes occupied/vacantCheck the loading dock and FedEx/carriers' office for packagesCheck mail in the morning and afternoonAssist the admin with burn bags, inventory of gaining and departing employees, and buying supplies from the supply storeContact MA conferencing for new employee nameplatesAssist the admin with shipping awards, booklets, postcards, etcContact facilities for any maintenance and cleaning needsDeliver returned Laptops, docking stations, and monitors to OCIO when an employee separates or transitions to another agencyMake the proper correction to the Safety inspection findingsRequirementsMinimum of US Citizenship required to obtain client-issued Public TrustMinimum of 2 years of relevant experienceExcellent written and oral communication skillsExcellent attention to detail, and an understanding of fundamental business writingExpertise in Microsoft Office Products (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma with 10 years of relevant experience COMPENSATION: Includes paid holidays, vacation, sick leave, 401k matching, life insurance, health, vision, and dental benefits.
