After-School Instructor (Magic Workshop)

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Magic Instructor to lead our Afterschool Magic Workshop for kids. This workshop introduces students ages 6-12 to the art of magic through safe, age-appropriate tricks and illusions using everyday objects. Our classes are hosted at local schools, and are typically between 1-2 hours a day. Materials and lesson plans will be provided. Responsibilities: Lead engaging and interactive magic lessons for a class of 10-15 elementary students. Guide students with a provided curriculum covering a range of illusions, including card and coin tricks, sleight-of-hand with scarves, and more; no need to be an expert. Create a fun, encouraging environment that promotes creativity and confidence. We're looking for someone with: An upbeat, empathetic, and energetic character. A passion for working with children.
