Job Title: Senior Python Developer

Location: California, USATenure: 06+ Months Contract

About the Role: We are seeking experienced and highly motivated Senior Python Developers to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidates should have strong hands-on expertise in Python development, backend engineering, API integration, cloud platforms, and modern software development practices.

Key Responsibilities: Application Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable applications using Python. Backend Engineering: Build robust backend services using Django, Flask, or FastAPI.API Development: Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices. Database Management: Work with relational and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis. Cloud & Deployment: Develop and deploy applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability. Testing & Quality: Develop unit tests, integration tests, and automated testing solutions. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments and participate in code reviews.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Core Experience: 3–5+ years of hands-on Python development experience. Programming: Strong proficiency in Python, OOP concepts, data structures, and algorithms. Backend Technologies: Django, Flask, FastAPI, and REST API development. Frontend Knowledge: Basic understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and ReactJS or Angular is beneficial. Architecture: Microservices architecture and distributed systems. Cloud & DevOps: AWS/Azure/GCP, Git, GitHub, Docker, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines. Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, or SQL Server. Testing: PyTest, Unit Testing, and Integration Testing. Methodologies: Agile/Scrum and collaborative software development.

Preferred Skills: Experience with AI/ML integration and Generative AI.Knowledge of OpenAI APIs, LangChain, and RAG-based applications. Experience with Pandas, NumPy, and data processing. Knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud-native application deployment. Experience with Kafka and event-driven architecture.
