Senior Accounting/Finance Associate @ Real Estate PE

Coda Search is partnering with a leading real estate private equity group based in NYC. The firm is rapidly growing and operate 500+ properties across 8 major markets. They recently just launched its 4th fund with big plans for 2026.The team is seeking to hire a Senior Finance Associate who will have blended responsibilities across investor reporting, fund performance, KPI analysis and assisting with financial reporting. This is a highly visible role which will work closely with senior leadership and the wider finance team.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and maintain fund-level KPIs, dashboards, and management reporting packagesSupport the annual budgeting and reforecasting process across funds and propertiesMonitor and track debt covenants, DSCR, LTV, and other lender requirementsSupport lender reporting packages and compliance deliverablesPrepare and review monthly and quarterly fund reporting for internal stakeholders and investorsIdentify opportunities to streamline reporting, forecasting, and data flowsHelp improve financial models, templates, and reporting consistencyQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field3+ years of experience in real estate finance, fund finance, FP&A, or public accounting (real estate clients)Advanced Excel skills; experience building and maintaining financial modelsExperience with real estate systems (e.g., Yardi)
