Program Manager

Role Description As a Program Manager – Master Data Initiatives, you will be part of a dedicated team and reporting to the Director, Master Data and Process Technology. Organize, plan, and monitor execution of master data build tasks to support various high-impact corporate programs and initiatives. Develop and refine internal ways of working across pillars within the Master Data group. Collaborate with stakeholders across business units, IT, and data governance teams to define deliverables and due dates to ensure alignment with strategic goals and team capacity. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, schedules, and resource allocations for master data initiatives. Monitor project progress, chase issue resolution, and communicate status updates to leadership and project sponsors. Organize the intake of new master data requests for team prioritization, ensuring alignment with strategic initiatives. Facilitate change management and training activities to ensure successful adoption of master data solutions. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies related to data integration, migration, and governance. Measure and report on the status and effectiveness of master data projects and their contribution to corporate objectives. Facilitate and coordinate all aspects of Master Data-specific system and process testing. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. 5+ years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on data management, data governance, or enterprise systems. Proven track record of delivering complex data projects in a large, matrixed organization. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and change management best practices. Understands master data management principles, data quality, and data governance frameworks. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Experience with SAP, Salsify, Appian and Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Proficient in MS Office applications. Benefits Anticipated compensation for this role is $110,000 – 125,000 in annual base salary.
