This role combines laboratory leadership, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to drive operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure all products meet plant, customer, industry, and regulatory standardsCertify final product quality prior to shipmentLead safe and efficient quality and laboratory operationsDevelop and implement quality policies, procedures, and strategiesOversee testing across all production stages (raw materials to finished product)Manage and train laboratory personnel and ensure equipment accuracyDrive continuous improvement across processes, materials, and testing methodsCollaborate with production, sales, and technical teams to enhance product quality and develop new solutionsInvestigate customer complaints and resolve quality issuesManage non-conformance processes and ensure corrective actions are implementedSupport cost efficiency while maintaining high-quality standardsRequirementsBachelor’s degree (preferably in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related technical field)5–7 years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environmentStrong knowledge of QA/QC processes and laboratory operationsExperience with Microsoft Office and SAPStrong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skillsAdditional InformationMinimal travel required (
